This policy covers finlytix.ai, the Finlytix marketing website, and describes what happens to personal data you share with us through it, primarily by filling in the contact form. It does not cover data processed as part of a commercial engagement with Finlytix, that is governed separately by the terms of the specific agreement, which will include its own data processing terms.
Finlytix AI is based in New Delhi, India, and this policy is written with reference to India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its rules.
When you use the contact form, we collect what you choose to provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and any message you write. We don't require an account, and we don't collect payment information on this site.
If you use the site, we may in the future collect standard technical and usage information through analytics tools, such as pages viewed and general browsing behaviour, once analytics is enabled. See our Cookie Policy for how that works and how to control it.
We do not use your contact details for marketing you haven't asked for, and we do not sell personal data to third parties.
Where you submit the contact form, we process that information on the basis of your consent, given by submitting the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us, see below, though this won't affect anything we've already done based on your consent before withdrawal.
We use a small number of service providers to run this site, for example email delivery and, once enabled, analytics. These providers only process data on our instructions and only for the purpose of providing that service. We don't share your contact details with any other third party without telling you first.
